Awty Parents Terry Giles and Kalli O'Malley graciously hosted the 2010-2011 Annual Fund Top Donors Reception on Thursday, October 20.

More than 100 guests mingled during the event, enjoying enlightening conversation, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and a beautiful fall evening in Houston. Mrs. Kalli O'Malley, Dr. Stephen Codrington, Mr. Boualem Maizia, and Mrs. Lisa Meacham each said a few words during a brief presentation, thanking the donors for their continued generosity and support as well as emphasizing the importance of the annual fund.

A gift to the Annual Fund is the first and most important gift asked of each family every year. The Annual Giving Campaign fills the 4% gap in Awty's annual budget which is not covered by tuition and special programs. The Annual Fund helps Awty attract top-notch international faculty, makes it possible for the school to upgrade and expand technology in classrooms, maintain school facilities, and much, much more.  The Annual Fund should be part of every family’s giving plan every year.
