- Arabic Club
The goal of this club is to promote understanding and to build bridges between the east and west. The Arabic Club focuses on bringing in and including other cultures through music , dance, and food. Read more

Academic Challenge is a quiz bowl type event in which students answer questions over all areas of the academic curriculum and over popular culture as well. Read more
- Amnesty International
The club focuses on Human Rights Issues worldwide. Read more
- Astronomy
The goals of the astronomy club at Awty are to learn how to locate and observe celestial objects, keep up to date on current astronomical research, and to share with others basic astronomical knowledge. Read more

This is an auditioned performing group. Read more
- Book Club
The purpose of the Book Club is to make friends in both sections – International and French – and to talk about and share favorite books. Read more
- Business Development Club
The club's purpose is to raise funds to buy tools for communities to produce and trade. Read more
- Cheerleaders
Varsity cheerleaders cheer at sporting events throughout the year, host the Homecoming pep rally, and promote school spirit among all students. Read more
- Chess Club
The Chess Club offers casual games of chess and chess variants to interested students. The club organizes an annual in-school tournament in the fall as well as more casual competitions throughout the year. The club meets formally once per week, but games among members occur daily. Read more
- Culinary Club
Students meet bi-weekly to share dishes and recipes on a given culinary theme. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves by practicing new skills and trying varied recipes. Read more

- MS150 Awty Team
The Awty International School Team registers each year for the BP MS 150 because we want to experience a great, organized ride, and to help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS and their families lead powerful lives. We believe in the work they do and want to be part of it. Read more
- National Art Honor Society
The National Art Honor Society's purpose it to inspire and recognize those students who have shown outstanding ability in art and to foster excellence and dedication in the pursuit of art. Read more
