Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Awty International School contracts with AFC Transportation to provide bus service to and from school. Buses pick-up and discharge riders at designated points.

Please complete the bus_form to secure your reservation for the 2007-2008 school year.

Schedule of fees is based on a per child/per route basis. There is a 20% discount for the 3rd child in the same family.

This is a flat rate and is applicable for both round trip and one-way transportation.

Families may choose one of two payment plans: one payment plan billed in August 2007; or two installments billed in August 2007 and January 2008.

In order to maintain accurate records, please inform the Business Office in writing at least one week in advance of any changes in bus routes used and/or if your child(ren) plan to stop using the bus service. Any remaining charge or refund will be processed in the following month.
