Throughout the month of February, Awty will honor and celebrate Black History Month. We will shine a spotlight on African Americans in the Arts, recognizing their contributions to the visual and performing arts, literature, fashion, folklore, language, film, music, architecture, culinary, and other forms of cultural expression. African American artists have played a pivotal role in shaping our cultural landscape by using art for empowerment and historical preservation.
