Historically, capital expenditures have been funded by capital campaigns, building fees, and borrowed funds. In July 2011, Awty borrowed $10,000,000 to be payable over ten years, of which $5,254,285 remains outstanding. In April 2017, the school obtained a loan with the bank to borrow up to $12,475,000 to be payable over seven years. Proceeds from the loan were used to repay a bank loan from July 2014 and to finance the construction of the Early Learning Campus. This loan has an outstanding balance of $9,801,786.
