Ways to connect with us:

Act as an Annual Gala Underwriter or Event Sponsor

Businesses of all sizes are invited to lend their support to this event and auction. With an attendance of more than 600 guests annually, and $500,000 or more each year raised each year, premier seating and recognition give sponsors an opportunity to celebrate Awty's mission of educating global leaders and engage the Awty community at both the Gala and the Gala VIP party prior to the event.

Table sponsorships range from the exclusive lead sponsorship of $50,000 to $6,000 and underwriting is available for portions of the event ranging from $20,000 to $1,000.

Support through Corporate Matching Gifts

You can provide incentives for employees to make their own charitable donations to Awty by matching their gift (up to three times the original donation). Companies of all sizes can establish matching gift programs. In 2018-19, Awty received 80 matching gifts from 25 companies totaling $100,000.

For companies with several Awty parents and alumni as employees, we are happy to work with you and set up onsite lunch meetings where we can make our case for support and reinforce the company’s commitment to employee philanthropy with its matching gift program.

Capital Contributions to new and upgraded facilities

For companies wishing to have their names associated with particular facilities, donor recognition naming opportunities are available, ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000. In 2017, Awty recently opened a newly-built Early Learning Campus for grades PK3/PS to 1st/CP. Stay tuned to learn more about our upcoming Capital endeavor!

Host Admissions recruitment gatherings onsite

You can invite Awty Admissions staff (alone or in conjunction with other private independent schools) to lead a Q&A session with employees about the school’s programs and to encourage admissions inquiries and applications. There is no cost to companies…we can even provide lunch to your employees!

Host student interns for a weeklong shadowing experience

Help Awty students begin career planning activities by hosting freshmen students for a week. Ninth grade/3ème students spend one week experiencing a possible career area under the mentoring guidance of your employees. It is possible to host several students or just one. This takes place during Awty Connects WeekMarch 16-20, 2020. To learn more, please contact Tairong Zheng, IB Coordinator of Creativity, Activity, and Service.

Awty vendors make a difference

Awty relies on more than 330 vendors to provide everything from legal services to housekeeping supplies, from dining hall food to classroom equipment. Sometimes, vendors are in a position to provide items or services at cost or for free as donations in-kind. We can work with you to give your business appropriate recognition for the donated or discounted items or services.
