Senior / Terminale Committee
Awty has a tradition where parents of Seniors work together to arrange and plan special events, treats, and gifts to make the students final year memorable. Throughout the school year, there will be special events such as senior treats, prom, gifts of sweatshirts, and photographs to capture their last year in Upper School.
These events are funded through school fees, donations, and fundraising activities. They are organized and executed through a series of committees staffed by parent volunteers. Click here to send an invitation to join the Awty 2018 Parents Senior Committee in a private Facebook group.

1. Are family members and friends allowed at the graduation, other than parents?
2. Are there seating limits? Do we need to order tickets?
No, tickets are not needed for the event. While there is no limit on the number of guests per graduate, seating is on a first come, first serve basis. There is additional standing room in the back of the PAAC once all the seats fill up.
3. Is the French and International graduations hosted together?
Yes, both sections graduate at that the same time. Much of the ceremony is in both languages, though there may be limitations, every effort is made to include everyone.
5. Cap and gown orders:
The Senior Sponsor will coordinate the ordering of the caps and gowns directly with seniors both for the individual portraits and for graduation day.
6. Graduation photos :
Individual graduation portraits are taken one month before the event (date to be confirmed). On Graduation day, a professional photographer take photos of student as they receive their diplomas during the ceremony. More information about photo orders to follow.
7. Will the ceremony be available via live streaming?
Yes, the ceremony will be live streamed as it has been for the past few years. More information will be sent out through the Awty Notes and via email closer to the event.
Volunteers will be coordinated by 11th grade parents.
